Fulfillment Policy

At Franki Emblem, we are dedicated to delivering a high-touch, transformative experience for each of our clients. Our services include private coaching, brand strategy, business mentoring, digital brand assets, and creative consulting. As a service-based business, fulfillment is provided digitally and through live experiences, tailored to each client’s needs.
1. Service Delivery & Timelines
Our offerings include a combination of:
Private Coaching & Mentorship (delivered via Zoom or approved platform)
Brand Strategy & Consulting Sessions (delivered via Zoom and follow-up deliverables via email)
Digital Creative Services (branding assets, website strategy, etc., delivered via secure link or email)
Courses and Digital Products (access provided via secure login immediately or within 24 hours after purchase)
Upon purchase, clients will receive an email confirmation detailing the next steps, including how and when services will be initiated. Fulfillment timelines vary by service and are clearly outlined during the sales process.
2. Booking & Scheduling
For services that require scheduling (coaching, strategy sessions, etc.), clients will be directed to a booking link to select their preferred time. Clients are responsible for selecting their time within the delivery window.
3. Digital Delivery
All digital products and resources are delivered via email or secure platform. Clients are responsible for ensuring they have provided an accurate email address at checkout.
4. Custom Services
For bespoke branding or creative services, a custom fulfillment timeline will be agreed upon in writing. We work closely with each client to ensure deadlines and deliverables are clear from the start.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Due to the nature of our services, all sales are considered final. We do not offer refunds on coaching, strategy sessions, or digital products. However, we are committed to client satisfaction and will make every reasonable effort to address concerns and ensure a quality experience.
